Grief Support Resources

The emotional upheaval these trying times can cause is sometimes so overwhelming that even the support of friends and family may not help relieve the amount of sadness and grief you feel.

Auburn Support Group

Introducing Coffee & Conversation in Auburn, a support group for individuals who have lost a spouse or loved one, facilitated by Geri Hepp, AseraCare Bereavement Coordinator and Sharon Schuster, AseraCare Spiritual Care Coordinator meet in Auburn. These meetings provide both educational material and discussion about normal and healthy grieving, coping skills and allow for natural connections and sharing. Refreshments are provided.

Meetings held on Wednesdays - Download 2017 Schedule
