Anneta (Nincehelser) Johnson

Anneta ?Ann? Louise Nincehelser was born November 29, 1951 in Auburn, Nebraska. The only child of Merlin and Neta (Bumbaugh) Nincehelser, Ann attended school and graduated from high school in Auburn.

After graduation Ann attended and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She then worked for ten years at a telephone office in Lincoln. It was in Lincoln she was introduced to her future husband Richard ?Rick? Johnson. They were married in San Diego, California in 1984, and lived their life there. While in San Diego Ann returned to school to become a Paralegal. She then worked for German Eyeglass Company for ten years.

Ann was a proud member of the Citizen Band of the Potawatomi Tribe of Shawnee, Oklahoma. She was a member of and baptized at the Auburn Christian Church.

Ann passed away quietly in her sleep at her home in San Diego on Sunday, June 26, 2011 at the age of 59 years and 6 months and 27 days. She was preceded in death by her mother, Neta Nincehelser.

Ann is survived by her husband Rick of San Diego; her loving father Merlin Nincehelser of Auburn; step-son Chris and wife Jane McGinty; two step-granddaughters; many cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services were Saturday, July 02, 2011 at Hemmingsen Funeral Home in Auburn, officiated by Rev. Frank Zimmerman. Carolyn Bredemeier was accompanist for solos by Debbie Meyer. Pallbearers were Daryl Obermeyer, Dave Thomas, Dale Thomas, Rick Tuxhorn, Rick Tuxhorn, and Bill Coulter. Burial followed in Sheridan Cemetery near Auburn.
