Constance (Connie) Gerdes, age 88 of Auburn, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2010 at the Good Samaritan Society-Auburn. She was born October 9, 1921.
Survivors include her husband Charles of Auburn; daughters Janet and husband Ron Fish of Pueblo, CO; Barbara and husband Jim Barnhart of Salina, KS; Charlene Tribbett of Colorado Springs, CO; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters-in-law; 1 brother-in-law; other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be Saturday, February 27, 2:00 p.m. at Hemmingsen Funeral Home in Auburn. Visitation will be at the funeral home Friday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with family greeting friends 6:30 to 8:00. Inurnment of ashes will be at a later date at Sheridan Cemetery near Auburn.
Memorials in lieu of flowers suggested to family choice.
