Norma Beckett, age 85 of Auburn (formerly of Stella), passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at the Nemaha County Good Samaritan Center in Auburn. She was born December 16, 1921 near Brownville, NE.
Survivors include her children Judy and husband Ron Carter of Columbia, MO; Bob and wife Sandra Beckett of Stella; Sue and husband Tim Reichard of Toledo, OH; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sister Deloris Stiers of Nemaha; other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Sunday, November 11, 2:30 p.m. at Hemmingsen Funeral Home Chapel in Auburn. Burial will follow in Prairie Union Cemetery near Stella. Visitation will be Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials in lieu of flowers suggested to Outreach International, PO Box 210, Independence, MO 64051 or Hospice of Tabitha, 819 Central Ave., Nebraska City, NE 68410.
