Burna J. Broady, age 76 of Johnson, passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Bryan East Medical Center in Lincoln.
Survivors include her husband Terry of Johnson; son Jeff Broady and his wife Lori of Johnson; daughter Ricky Carbajal and special friend Chris Nelson of Brock; grandchildren Danielle (Bryce) Niss; Jordan Broady; Natasha (Michael) Lollmann; Michelle Broady; Nicole Carbajal; Emerson Carbajal; Payton Nelson; great-grandchildren Weston, Reid, and LilaBelle Niss; Cami Jean Lollmann; brothers Lonnie (Leigh) Bruggemann of Humboldt; Sid (Carol) Bruggemann of St. Libory, NE; sister Kate Wileman of Fort Wayne, IN; brother-in-law Roger (Edith) Broady of Auburn; many other relatives and many friends.
A funeral service will be Saturday, June 2, 10:30 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Johnson. Overflow seating with a video feed will be available at the Legion building. Burna’s body will be cremated following the service, and burial of ashes will be at a later date in the Johnson Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home in Auburn Friday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with family greeting friends 6:00 to 8:00.
Memorials are suggested in lieu of flowers.
