Evelyn ?Peggy? Huffman, age 85 of Auburn (formerly Nemaha), passed away Thursday, January 12, 2012 at the Good Samaritan Society-Auburn.
Survivors include her children Nancy and husband Raymond Durr of Nebraska City; Jeanne Harris and friend Ralph Darling of Auburn; Sharon and husband Randy Striggow of Auburn; Shane and husband Robert Sailors of Brownville; Brad Huffman of Nemaha; 23 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Monday, January 16, 10:30 a.m. at Hemmingsen Funeral Home in Auburn. Burial will follow in the Nemaha Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home Sunday noon to 8:00 p.m., with family greeting friends 5:30 to 7:30.
