Kenneth Shepherd, age 86 of Brownville, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at Nemaha County Hospital in Auburn.
Survivors include his wife Donna of Brownville; son Henry Kenneth of Grant Pass, OR; daughters Wendy Lynn Thompson of Citrus Heights, CA, Wendy Lynn (Bill) Payne of Missouri Valley, IA; brothers Dwayne (Lorinda) Cozad of Cottage Grove, MN, Darwin Cozad of Villisca, IA; sister Linda (Roy) Bryen of Council Bluffs, IA; grandchildren Nikki Shepherd, Chantel Russell, Garrett and Bryce Thompson, and Brittney Payne; great-grandchildren Raven Shepherd, Shayla, Thain, Tanner, and Serenity Russell; special niece and nephew Karrington Miles and Brent Miles; many friends and extended family.
A funeral service will be Saturday, February 21, 11:00 a.m. at Hemmingsen Funeral Home in Auburn. Visitation with family greeting friends will be one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the family.
