Margaret Simmons, age 86 of Auburn, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at the Crete Manor in Crete, NE. She was born March 3, 1922 in Auburn.
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law Donald and Donna Simmons of Lecanto, FL; Ronald and Carol Simmons of Nemaha; daughters and sons-in-law Karen and Howard Bowland of Lincoln; Georgina and Tyler Allgood of Lincoln; Janette Price of Lincoln; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Friday, April 25, 1:00 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Auburn. Burial will follow in Sheridan Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with family greeting friends 5:00 to 7:00.
