Robert J. Koch, age 64 of Auburn, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at the Nemaha County Hospital in Auburn. He was born June 18, 1945 in Sabetha, KS.
Survivors include his wife Judy of rural Auburn; sons Jeff and wife Karen Koch of Nebraska City; Scott Koch of Auburn; Jason Koch of Auburn; 6 grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law James and Sharon Koch of Dawson; Larry Koch of Dawson; Richard and Kathleen Koch of Doniphan, NE; sisters and brothers-in-law Annette and Larry Bausch of Beemer, NE; Mae Jean and Joe Brightup of Topeka, KS; Michelle and Joe Heim of Dawson; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be Monday, December 14, 11:00 a.m. at Hemmingsen Funeral Home in Auburn. Burial will follow in Sheridan Cemetery near Auburn. Visitation will be at the funeral home Saturday 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday noon to 6:00 p.m., with family greeting friends Sunday 2:00 to 4:00.
