Charles Ray Fike

Charles R. Fike of Auburn (formerly Peru), passed away at the Good Samaritan Society-Auburn on Friday, January 17, 2025, just 8 days after his 95th birthday.

He is preceded in death by his parents Otto and Sarah (Aeschelman) Fike; sister Dorothy (Floyd) Cox; brother Bob(Dorothy) Fike; and sister-in-law Ruby (Bob) McAdams.

Survivors include his wife Patsy of Auburn; brother and sister-in-law Bill and Jackie Fike of Sedalia, MO; sister Sharon McCall of Tarkio, MO; brothers-in-law Jerry and John Patterson, both of Peru; many, many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A memorial service and committal of ashes will be Saturday, February 1, 1:00 p.m., at Mt. Vernon Cemetery at Peru. Military Honors will be provided by American Legion Post #23 of Auburn and the Nebraska National Guard Honors Detail.

Memorials are suggested to the Peru Cemetery Auxiliary.
