Janet Osborne, age 77 of Auburn, passed away Friday, June 19, 2026, at the Nemaha County Hospital in Auburn.

She is survived by her husband Tom of Auburn; daughters Lisa Osborne of Lincoln and Laura Osborne of Auburn; grandson Josh (Halee) Osborne of Lincoln; sister Linda Blumenthal of Omaha; brothers Gregory (Kim) Berger of Omaha, Paul (Renee) Berger of Elkhorn; brothers-in-law Phil Allgood of Peru, John (Cyndi) Osborne of Omaha, Bob Yates of Auburn; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A funeral service for Janet will be Wednesday, June 24, 11:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Nebraska City. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery at Brownville. Visitation will be at the funeral home in Auburn Tuesday 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with family from 6:00 to 8:00.
