Jim “Jimmy” Hall, age 79 of Nemaha, passed away Monday, June 22, 2026, at Bryan West Medical Center in Lincoln.

Survivors include his wife Linda of Nemaha; daughter Jessica and son-in-law Jeff Kuhns and grandsons Justin and Jordan Kuhns of Rock Port, MO; sister Kris Hall of Raymond; brother-in-law Larry Bird and wife Jessie of Kansas City; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends he made along his life’s journey.

A graveside memorial service will be held Saturday, June 27, 11:00 a.m. at the Nemaha Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by Shubert American Legion Post #222 and the U.S. Navy Honors Detail. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday with family greeting friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests sharing a good memory, helping out a neighbor, or just giving good advice no one will take – because that’s what he would have done. Memorials may also be directed to the family for later designation.
