John D. Harney, age 72 of Brock, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at his home.
Survivors include his wife Ruby; daughters and sons-in-law Julia and Robert Stamps of Omaha, Nancee and Steven McMann of Auburn, Hillary and David Bradshaw of Brock; grandchildren Sidney and Alex Stamps, Jordan and Ryan McMann, Adessa Harney; great-grandchild Reagan; sister LouAnn Harney of Riverton, IA; brother Daniel Harney of Nebraska City; other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be Thursday, December 19, 10:00 a.m. at Hemmingsen Funeral Home in Auburn. Military honors will be provided by American Legion Post #23 of Auburn and Nebraska National Guard Honor Guard.
Memorials are suggested to family choice.
