Lucy Mae Johnson, age 90 of Auburn, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2008 at the Good Samaritan Society-Auburn. She was born August 22, 1918 in Missouri.
Survivors include her children Edwin and wife Peggy Johnson of Auburn; Marylyn and husband Richard Schneider of Auburn; son-in-law Tom Rasmussen of Omaha; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 3, 11:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Auburn. Burial will follow in Sheridan West Cemetery near Auburn. Visitation will be at the funeral home Tuesday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with family greeting friends 7:00 to 8:00.
Memorials in lieu of flowers suggested to the church, Auburn Volunteer Fire Department, Auburn Rescue Squad, or Auburn Public Schools Foundation.
