Lydia G. Hafermann, age 93 of Auburn, passed away Friday, August 31, 2012, at the Good Samaritan Society-Auburn. She was born February 28, 1919, near Auburn.
Survivors include nephew Alan Metzger and wife Janice of Lincoln; great nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be Thursday, September 6, 2012, 10:00 a.m. at St. John Lutheran (Stone) Church near Auburn. Burial will follow at Stone Church Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Services are entrusted to Hemmingsen Funeral Home of Auburn.
